ChOcO CoCo Breakfast Cookies

Created With: Baking Mix - Chocolate

"My cousin and I made this up together.  She is a Somersizer and I am a Weight Watcher.  It works for both of us!

"In a bowl, stir together 3/4 cup Torani sugar free chocolate syrup, 3/4 cup Torani sugar free coconut syrup (these syrups are thin, not like pancake syrup), 1 cup sugar free, fat free coconut creme pie yogurt (Blue Bunny makes the yogurt we used), and 1-3/4 cups Splenda.  Stir in the Southaven Farm Chocolate Baking Mix.  Put about 1/4 cup batter into non-stick muffin top pans and shake the pans to get the batter even.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-14 minutes.  Let cool for a few minutes and then remove from the pan and EAT!  This makes 12 big, tasty, cake-like, breakfast 'cookies.' "

Note from the Kitchen of Southaven Farm:  Thanks, PY.  Our kitchen testers wanted more and said they would be happy to eat these "cookies" for dessert!

Also, if your grocery store doesn't carry coconut yogurt, go to the tab entitled "Flavored Yogurt" in the "Miscellaneous" section of our "Recipes" web page to get tips on flavoring plain yogurt.
