Chocolate Chipotle Cupcakes

So many of you enjoyed our Chocolate Chipotle Muffin Mix so when we discontinued it, we decided that we had to figure out a way to still make those sweet, spicy, smoky chocolate goodies!  Fortunately, it was simple with our new Chocolate Baking Mix:  Just add 1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle chile powder to the dry mix.  Follow all the other directions for making chocolate muffins and you've got Chocolate Chipotle Cupcakes, great for a snack or dessert.  Chocolate cupcakes with a kick!
