Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake Created With: Baking Mix - Chocolate "I've updated an old recipe I had that used a white flour chocolate cake mix. I substituted your whole grain Chocolate Baking Mix instead and the cake was amazing. ![]() "Ingredients: 1 box Southaven Farm Chocolate Baking Mix 2 - 1.4 ounce package Jello Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding (or any other combination of flavors) 1-1/2 cups Splenda or sugar 1 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 cup Egg Beaters 1-1/2 cups water 1/2 cup chocolate chips "Put the baking mix, dry pudding, and Splenda in the bowl of a large mixer. Using low speed, combine all the dry ingredients. Add applesauce and Egg Beaters to combine. SLOWLY add the water but be careful, this is such a big batter, the water can 'jump' out of the bowl. Once the batter is smooth, add the chocolate chips. Put the batter into a standard bundt pan (mine is 10" across) and smooth the batter. "Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let the cake cool on a rack in the pan for about 20 minutes. Turn out and dust with powdered sugar just before serving. "Make sure you freeze or refrigerate the leftovers."
