"I love making your chocolate muffins in mini-muffin tins.  I undercook them a little -- 400 degrees for about 6-10 minutes -- and they taste like little fudgy brownie bites.  As my kids would say, 'deeeeeeelicious!!'  ...I've recently taken to adding in a handful of mini-chocolate chips.  Oh my goodness, I didn't think these could get any better!"
