Pineapple Cornbread Muffins

"These muffins are just so sweet!  I love them and they are easy to make and even easier to devour.

"Place 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1/4 cup sugar, and one 20-ounce can of crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain!) in a bowl.  Mix together well.  Add one box of Southaven Farm Cornbread Baking Mix.  Combine thoroughly.  Scoop into 12 well-greased muffin cups and bake at 425 degrees for 20-22 minutes.  Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes and then remove and serve.  Yum Yum Yum!!!"
