Green Chile Corn Muffins/Cornbread

Our wheat free Cornbread Baking Mix is incredibly versatile.  We thought we'd start off with an easy variation:

Prepare cornbread muffins or cornbread, following MUFFIN or PAN BREAD INSTRUCTIONS on box of Southaven Farm Cornbread Baking Mix.  Add one 4-ounce can diced green chiles (liquid included) to the batter.  Bake as directed.  This is cornbread with a kick!
