Mexican-Inspired Cinnamon-Chocolate Bundt Cake

"I mixed up a couple of Mexican-inspired bundt and snack cakes by combining the chocolate and cinnamon mixes.  Smells great...

"Simply take half of the Cinnamon Baking Mix and part of the Chocolate Baking Mix and follow the bundt cake directions on the box of Cinnamon Baking Mix. 

"I weighed the cinnamon mix first, divided it in half (213 grams), and then added enough chocolate mix (212 grams) to equal the amount of cinnamon mix (425 grams).  Doing it this way, I also had enough cinnamon and chocolate mixes left over that when they were combined, it was equal to the amount needed for the snack cake recipe on the chocolate mix box.
