Mock Cinnamon Buns

"I've made these mock cinnamon 'buns' two different ways and I think it's pretty close in taste to those cinnamon buns you can get at the mall.

"The first one I made I just took the Cinnamon Baking Mix and made muffins as directed on the box.  When they came out of the oven, I let them cool for a few minutes and then cut a little round hole in the top.  Then I poured your Glaze (recipe in 'Miscellaneous') into the hole and let it drizzle down the sides.  This was really, really good.

"The other way I made them was to prepare the mix as directed for muffins but I baked them in crown muffin pans.  I put them in a 350 degree oven and baked them for about 15 minutes.  They came out like flat little cakes.  I put the muffin tops on a rack and drizzled the same Glaze over all of them, letting the glaze drip down.  These were so sticky and gooey, I had to eat them with a fork.  Yum!"
